Space

Artist Statement: In this project I was assigned to create an outline of leave that I chose. After they were arranged and outlined I created a background. I wanted to make it random, with bright colors, but with some depth and detail. I wanted it to look almost like it was in a background in a fictional story. I learned how important the background of a space could be to a piece. And how sometimes it's not what the image is made out of, but what you can turn it into.
