artist statement:
I was inspired by the art with the yellow backround bellow to creeat a pot of a similar shape and color.
how it was made:
print out historical art inspiration
cut out a piece to have as a reference of the pots shape
create a coil pot around the shape of the original piece
glase the pot with underglaze.
after it was bisque fired i added clear glaze to make it shiny then it was fired again.
