Process:
This project began when we gathered into groups based on our interest and taste in music. My group all had the same love for pop music so we built our instruments based on that music concept. We spent the early stages of the project studying the physics behind our wind, string, and chime instruments. My group then went to the makerspace and applied that knowledge into real life. We each built different instruments which consisted of chimes, a guitar, and a flute. I built a flute out of PVC pipe that could play eight notes. Lastly, we presented our instruments to the class and explained how we built them and how they work.

Reflection:
In this project, I think that I could have managed my time between helping my teammates and building my own instrument better. I left my instrument for the last couple of days when I could have been working to perfect it in the previous building time. Overall though, I think my group worked really good together and I was proud of our outcome. We communicated our ideas to one another and were not afraid to give constructive criticism when necessary. This project was very successful and I am glad that I had the opportunity to work with new people.
