STEM Senior Engineering

Throughout my adolescents, I have always been passionate about animals and preserving the environment. Therefore, this year in STEM Engineering, I hope to make a difference related to this through my Capstone project. Whether it be helping to preserve animals on campus or in Novato as a whole, I think that there are many options and ways to do this. For example, creating an area for animals to cross the street around Stafford will mitigate many crashes related to this. I think that something like this would be achievable given the various skills I have relating to designing and managing projects. As a sports coordinator outside of school, I have dealt with many different personalities and people which will hopefully help me to achieve my goals of a successful Capstone Project. In terms of the learning aspect of this project, I hope to gain skills related to the hands on part of engineering such as building and replacing things. Overall, this project is extremely exciting and I am passionate about making a change in our community.
