For this part of our project, we were to undergo the experimentation and analyzation of our Capstone Project Prototypes that we have so far. We've focused on putting together our guitar with our 3D prints and testing it to see if they work. We've written reports and created an infographic to organize our findings.
Throughout the course of this part of our project, I excelled in my skills as a Collaborator and a Conscientious Learner. I was able to delegate the workload, which allowed each member of our group to contribute to the overall success of our project. This improved our work ethic along with the quality of our experiments. I also organized my priorities in terms of testing and writing up reports. At one point, we were behind in turning in assignments, so I prioritized the work that was incomplete and finished those before moving forward. I took initiative in reporting our results by recognizing the assignments that still needed to be turned in. This allowed for the group to keep track of our progressions.
In the future for the rest of our Capstone Project, I could work on my time management and communication skills. Communication with not one but all group members is important to create a strong work environment and ensure successful results. In the future, I can help keep each of my group members updated when they're out of class, and vice versa. In addition, I could manage my time better by staying focused during class and working on our project. There are often times that I get distracted by my surroundings, so next time I want to focus on my group and what needs to be done.
