What Next?

Well for starters I was planning on wrestling to help my cardio but I got pulled up to varsity, So I had to wait til that is over. Now that the football season is officially over,This upcoming Monday (12/13) I will be starting wrestling practice. Throughout my life I have always been told to try out wrestling. Their main two reasons that would come up. One, it would help with the position I play for football. 2, it would help out with my cardio. Freshman year I was planning to do it, but with covid and everything it made the offseason for football a lot shorter. I wanted a little bit of a break. Now that it's back to normal I am looking forward to wrestling. I just really am hoping to improve my muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance. Along with that I am hoping that I can improve my overall mobility and quickness. I feel like doing the sport will help a lot for football. I've heard many great things about it. the next thing I have been looking forward to do is going to the gym. For the gym I haven't been going consistently and I just kept on putting it to the offseason. And now that it's the offseason it's time to start putting in the work. I'm planning to gain muscular strength along with muscular endurance from going to the gym. something that is good about going to the gym is that it's kind of whenever I want to go to the gym. It's not like they scheduled practice like a team sport such as wrestling or football.I can just go whenever. Me and many of my friends are looking forward to this. Lastly I have been debating about this for a while but I am considering doing lacrosse. I have played lacrosse once in the past before. I did enjoy it at one point but the more and more I played it the more and more I lost interest in it. I don't know why exactly I've lost interest in it, but I have. if I do end up playing I am hopefully going to get move your hand eye coordination and quickness out of it. along with losing interest another big reason on why I might not want to play it is, I want to get a job. after wrestling season I am going to get my license within the next upcoming months so I would like to save up some money so I can maybe use that money towards gas, food, needs, etc. I'll just know that's not the main priority but in the future it may be. Some similarities I noticed with my main sport with the Gym, Lacrosse, and wrestling is I need to be Strong. That's My Main goal from the gym, to become strong. For wrestling I would love to get stronger and build strength in some areas I may not be able to workout at the gym. This is what I plan to do after the football season.
