I’m going a different route this edition. I haven’t pleased anyone, so I will try to please everyone. Or, as many people as I can, at least. That’s right, this month’s fashionista is everyone and no one: the Average Needham Rocket!

Here we go again! It’s that time of the year again when doing your work seems optional because the idea of taking a nap is just so much more appealing. Man, I love the almost-end of the school year!

It was a warm spring day when I ventured into the cafeteria for lunch. Upon stepping into the lunch line, however, I began to be overwhelmed by the rich smell of perfectly cooked cheese and tomato sauce. As the line of hungry students pushed me closer to the food, I noticed an indescribable amount of pizza.

If you’ve looked up from your phone even once recently during passing time at NHS, you’ve likely seen examples of sophomore Jimmy Spencer’s art installation “Stains.” Created through a meticulous process that involves both watercolors and black mold, Spencer’s pieces are scattered throughout the high school and involved him working on both ladders and scaffolding.

In 2021, schools started to finally ease back in person,after being online due to the pandemic. However, students and faculty are starting to think online school may have been better.

You may be asking, “Where will gender-non-conforming students use the bathroom?” It’s simple: outhouses are to be installed in both the inner “Fire Hazard Garden” on campus, as well as at the bottom of the hill by the Memorial Field Parking Lot.

Happy April Fools Day!! This month we decided to try seven wacky and weird food combinations and rate them. Some of these combos surprised us, but some of them were not the best (to say the least). Feel free to try some of these combos yourself, as most of these ingredients can easily be found around the house. Who knows, you might find a favorite new snack!
