Three pills short. That’s what I found I’d be as I packed my bags for a summer program at the School of The New York Times. I didn’t have enough dexmethylphenidate (a stimulant that helps treat ADHD) doses for the whole course, and I knew I’d need to focus. So then, on which days would I be able to pay attention easily, and on which days would I have to put in double the effort?

Recently, NHS, along with other schools in surrounding towns, has implemented new, stricter policies for unexcused absences. These policies make it very difficult for students who participate in sports or activities outside of school to miss class when that extra curricular conflicts with the school day.

The 2023 Arctic Monkeys' Car Tour is the band's first proper tour of America, hitting almost every region of the States. Tickets were difficult, but possible, to obtain. I was lucky enough to get tickets and attended the show at TD Garden on September 3rd.

In order to get a true understanding of the Needham Girls’ Volleyball philosophy, we spoke with head coach Courtney Todesco to get her thoughts and insights on the program’s success.

It’s that time of the year again, folks, and you know what that means…pumpkin is back! When stores release those pumpkin flavors, you know it’s time to bring out those cable knit sweaters and cozy blankets. That’s why we went on a mission to try as many seasonal Trader Joe’s pumpkin-flavored products as possible.

Let me set the scene: 8 a.m. at a modern day British haunted mansion. After a 5:30 a.m. wake up, a series of sad goodbyes, and an hour-long bus ride, my friends and I arrived at London Heathrow Airport. With hours still to go before our 11:20 departure, we decided to take the AirTrain to the gate and split up from there: half of us would stay with all of the luggage, while my friend Uma and I went to find breakfast. Big mistake.

Supermarkets offer the most popular minimum wage occupation amongst teens by far. Their flexible hours and willingness to hire inexperienced adolescents seem to work in the favor of kids who are trying to make a little money. But, this perfect part-time job has a catch; have you ever heard of the Deli Monster?
