Process section needs to be reworded a bit better to be more official, such as the "and from this post I found online" part, which is too casual.

Refer to the reading list on the unit site for proper scholarly sources. The Perforce reference used in process can be used as a normal reference but not a scholarly reference.

Restructure the process section so it's not as long with too much fluff.
