Who is Populism?
Populism / Populist does not refer to one specific person, it is a group of political actors and movement claiming to oppose the "corrupt elites" and accuse the elites of betraying the "real people". However, anti-elitism alone is not the only characteristic of populist. Populist also claim to be anti-pluralist, arguing that "We, and only we, represent the Real People". They also said that people who disagree with them are not the real people and are enemies.
Who founded Populism?
There is no single founder of populism, Muller state that the concept has evolved across different regions and time. Accordingly, the term develop from the Latin populus meaning 'the people' and first use in political term in the 19th and early 20th centuries by Political Party in the US.
