• Talk about a time you had an idea and you saw it through

Directions to Students

• You need to make a list of ideas that you have that can be created using recycled materials
• Draw and design your creation
• Create and test your creation
• Make improvements

• This activity is designed to allow students to plan a creation and see it through to completion. You may put limits on the design requirements as you see needed.
  • You can only use 5 supplies
  • Your creation has to help someone else
  • Your creation has to help a specific problem “our classroom needs….”

This activity is the same as What Do You Do WIth A Problem? just with a different text and you can customize the design challenge as you see fit for your class. The learning is in the problem solving, resiliency and creation.
