The issues mentioned revolved around sizing which is a key need group to consider. There was a need of our product to be a kind of balance between functionality and complexity. Sizing plays a big role in that balance with the multitude of storage sections and the sizes of those sections. Bad aesthetics also brought up a complaint which was expected to be another important factor. In terms of cost, the average cost customers spent was $18.36 and was considered the most important factor to consumers. Storage options were the second most important and aesthetics third.
