Procurement Plan
Background
Use the Procurement Plan record to document procurement contract summary information for reporting and tracking purposes. Teams can return to the Procurement plan record to add new procurement summary details during the life-cycle of the project. The Procurement Plan is incorporated into the Project Delivery Plan (PDP).
Access: From the module menu, Records --> Procurement Plan

Procurement Plan Record - Field Guidance
Relate your Procurement Plan to your Project Record with the provided Project field. A Subject is required as well.
Click Save to save this new record and to permanently relate it to your Project.
3. Once your Procurement Plan record is saved, use the +Add icon in the Procurement Details table to add a new Procurement Summary.
4. When you record is saved, you are also provided with additional tabs for Notes, Attachments, Collaboration, and Notifications in the Procurement record itself.
Collaborating on a Procurement Record
Within the Collaborate tab in your Procurement record, click the +Add icon in the table to begin a new Collaboration.
2. Select your collaborator/s using the Request Collaboration drop-down field.
3. Select the permissions to grant to your collaborator/s.
4. Select a Due-Date and add a Message, as needed.
5. Click the Save & Send icon (top-left) to submit your record for collaboration.
6. Once your collaborators are notified, they open and review the record, and then add a Comment using the provided area in the Collaboration tab.
Collaborators click Save to submit their comments.
7. A record, or log, of your collaboration history appears towards the bottom of your Collaboration tab.
