When a waitlist is activated, all applicants for vocational rehabilitation services shall be notified, in writing, of the policies and procedures governing the provision of goods and services under an Order of Selection. Upon placement into a priority category, the individual shall receive written notification of their priority classification and information regarding the policies and procedures governing availability of vocational rehabilitation services, including notification of placement on a waitlist, when applicable. The written notification shall include information about appeal rights and the Client Assistance Program. A copy of the written notification shall be placed in the service record.Â
When an eligible individual is reclassified into a different priority category, they shall be notified, in writing, of the reclassification and provided written information as to how the change will affect the availability of vocational rehabilitation services. The written notification shall include information and contacts about appeal rights and the Client Assistance Program.
