16.2 Rehabilitation Counselors for Entrepreneurship

Rehabilitation Counselors for Entrepreneurship (RCE) have specialized skills and knowledge in the area of self-employment. RCEs receive additional training to assist DVR Counselors through the self-employment process and provide consultation to individuals considering self-employment. The counselor and RCE work closely with the individual to determine whether self-employment is a reasonable outcome to pursue.
