Leadership
Sarah Clark, MPA is the named Product Owner for this undertaking and is leading the lean and agile Payroll Implementation Team. Joining DPA in early 2022 after several years in private sector consulting, Sarah has worked in state agencies for over a decade, striving to make government tech work for the people.
