The City of Spencer owns and operates the Spencer Municipal Golf Course, an 18-hole course located on the south edge of town.
The Golf Course operates as an enterprise fund of the City and receives no property taxes to support operations. Hotel/Motel Tax receipts along with surplus operating revenues are the sole source of funding for the Golf Course CIP.

The Golf Course replaced all equipment in FY 17. Currently the Golf Course does not have any identified proejcts in the current five-year plan.
