HISTORY

The history books date back to the time the Madrigal family offered to sell their land to Ayala Corporation. Instead of accepting this offer, Ayala proposed a real estate partnership. Eventually, the family accepted this offer, and shortly after, labor started on the land. Slowly, they developed villages phase by phase. The area was originally part of Barangay Alabang, but was later on separated to be an independent one called “Barangay New Alabang”. It was then later on amplified to be called “Barangay Ayala Alabang”. Ayala Alabang is the most sought-after residential subdivision in the south of Metro Manila because of its prime location, first-class facilities, and easy accessibility to several business districts of Muntinlupa City, Makati City and Pasig City.
