You want your project to be the best, so make sure to double check!
- Open Easel and machine checklist
- Make sure material type and thickness are correct on Easel
- Make sure cut depth is not deeper than the material depth!
- Click the simulate button in Easel (see bottom left picture)
- Make sure clamps will not be in the way of the path of the drill
- Blue and red lines indicate the path of the drill (see bottom right picture)
- Make sure machine feed rate, plunge rate, and depth per pass are properly set according to the material you are using
- This can be found under Cut Settings (see picture to the right)
- Make sure the material size, bit size are also properly set
- If your bit size is not appropriate, it can create wider or narrower paths that the bit will follow depending on the size you set
