St. Cronan Church
Mission
Creates an atmosphere in which people of all ages and persuasions are called to worship and to build the living Church. As followers of Jesus Christ, this community recognizes the value of ministering to each other, of fostering spiritual growth, of encouraging a commitment to social justice, and of sharing, in faith, gifts with the wider neighborhood and world community.
IPE 4900
Agency Identified Goal
Student projects address this.
A project she'd like to work on is having students talk to the people that go to the food pantry and make a brochure of other food pantries in the area that they might like to go to, these other food pantries should be public transport friendly. Another project would be to have a food storage drive (saran wrap, plastic sandwich bags, etc.) and teach the people at the food pantry how to use these food storage materials in the best way possible (how to make spinach last longer, etc.).
