Birth Certificate/ID Program
Mission
The College Church Birth Certificate/ID Outreach Program provides assistance with Missouri State ID cards and birth certificates from any state to people with low incomes and limited resources. The program developed out of a recognized need in the community for both logistical and financial assistance with IDs and birth certificates.
IPE 4900
Agency Identified Goal
Student projects address this.
Research and present to volunteers a curated list of health resources for people in the program, specifically people who need to get connected to health care, mental health resources, or food pantries/other resources that directly impact someone's health, but are services that the outreach program does not offer. The program would like to improve referrals to other organizations related to health.
Could also use assistance administering the program survey onsite during Tuesday morning program sessions.
