The College Church Birth Certificate/ID Outreach Program provides assistance with Missouri State ID cards and birth certificates from any state to people with low incomes and limited resources. The program developed out of a recognized need in the community for both logistical and financial assistance with IDs and birth certificates.
Student projects address this.
Could also use assistance administering the program survey onsite during Tuesday morning program sessions.
Target Population
Individuals who have low incomes; Birth ID program has provided support to help individuals obtain Missouri State ID cards and birth certificates. In 2023 over 3300 individuals received support.
