Provides affordable and accessible comprehensive primary care services to anyone, with emphasis on the medically under-served, and to train a primary care workforce in order to promote the general health of the service area.

Services include medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, nutrition, WIC, pharmacy, laboratory, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing.

Pre-Visit Requirements


Complete forms, including electronic signature, and email to Jill Taylor, JTaylor@fchcstl.org  following class on 1/23. Must be done prior to visiting the health center.

Students need background checks done before they can come to the FCHC. You can either email to Jill, send securely via email if you know how to, or drop off at the health center in a sealed envelope addressed to Jill.
