Through affordable housing sites, home & community based services, and senior living communities, LSS provides a person-centered approach to a comprehensive continuum of life choices.

Senior Living Communities

Seniors can enjoy their independence as active adults. Everyone is able to live life their way in a maintenance-free Life Plan Community close to family and friends, with first-class choices and amenities. All residents receive priority access to a comprehensive continuum of care if health needs change.

Affordable Housing 

Apartment neighborhoods across the St. Louis metro area and central Missouri welcome seniors on limited incomes. Seniors are able to live independently in socially active communities with access to a wide assortment of activities.
