Student/family calls/chats/emails the Student Help Desk. If the technicians cannot repair/fix the computer remotely, they will submit a laptop replacement request.
The following morning, OITA will send to all Principals Clerks a list of the ID numbers of students who are approved to receive a replacement through the school.
Schools contact the family of those students and arrange for them to pick-up a replacement laptop.
