Parent & Student Handbook Sign-off DUE Friday, August 29th 2025.
Our Parent & Student Handbook outlines the policies and procedures established by the school administration and reflects our commitment to providing safety and structure to JD students and their families. Both Parents/Guardians and Students need to sign the electronic agreement on PowerSchool and submit them online by Friday, August 25, 2023. By signing the electronic agreement, you are committing to Juan Diego Catholic High School’s policies and procedures which strive to create a lasting and positive experience during your time here at JDCHS.

Step 2: Click on Forms
Step 3: Click on "Handbook Sign Off & Blended Learning Agreements"
Step 4: Check Off the Acknowledgement of Online Blended Learning & ASU Blended Learning
Step 5: Check off the Handbook Sign Off Acknowledgement and Release
Step 6: Click Submit
(Both Parents/Guardians & Students need to sign and submit the Handbook Sign Off)
