Mail Settings - where to look
Launch the Settings app.
Scroll down in the Settings menu until you see Mail.
Tap on Accounts, tap on the email account you want to manage.
How to change preview lines?
Launch the Settings app.
Scroll down in the Settings menu until you see Mail.
Choose Preview and select the number of lines that will be displayed.
How to show To/CC Labels?
If who sent or who was copied on an email; hide it and expand when you want to see it, or make it visible immediately.

Tap the switch net to Show To/Cc Labels -turns green.

Tap Mark Addresses.
How To Set Your Signature?
Launch the Settings app.
Scroll down in the Settings menu until you see Mail.
Tap Signature, add your new signature.
Notification When Someone Replies to Your Email Message
Launch the Settings app.
Tap on Notifications. Scroll up until you find Mail.
Tap on Mail.
Select the switch beside Allow Notifications.
The switch will turn from gray to green.
Additionally, You can choose to adjust and customize your notifications to add sounds, badges app icons, or to have notifications appear on your lock screen.
*Badges are small indicators that appear on the icons of apps.

To insert things into mail messages, press and hold an empty area of a message.
