Corner Speed
Finding the Corner Speed of an aircraft is relatively simple in video games. In real life it's a little more complicated than that but for most part, they too use the same calculations.
The corner speed is equal to the square root of the limiting maximum G loading of an aircraft in a specific configuration, multiplied by its stall speed.
Vc = Vs x √Gmax
Simple. You can use the equation for other stuff like finding the fuel weight range based on the stall speed range too. WT's a little weird on fuel weights though, it doesn't drop linearly with the remaining fuel so you can't exactly interpolate between the min and max that easily.
Anyway, I made an excel spreadsheet that includes a graph and an input for your custom values and a look-down table for basic things like crew training dependant G limits.
