I was writing to the radio drama, "Historical Fiction," aka., "We Find Ourselves Returning to Find Home,". The opening of the radio drama contest had come and gone. The deadline for the competition is nearly upon us now. Sometime in early November 2015 I decided to use the, "Writing Map," I bought. ("Write Around the Bookshop") The first entry in the notebook was from November 7, 2015. I thought that since the opening of the radio drama competition came and went, I would put my radio drama on hold in order to concentrate on the work I needed to do around the house. We always have lots to do getting the house ready for a Christmas guest. I was tempted and distracted by the Writing Map. I figured that it would be something simple to keep me from getting involved in a major project that would detract from the house work. The writing map was indeed simple. There was more room left in the notebook when I was finished. So I downloaded more writing prompts. Around the time I did that, I had started a notebook for notes to a fully fledged story. My goal now is to spend the whole of April 2016 writing a novel.

I got this because I am now writing a story with women in it. I hope to write more Lums Chapel stories with women in them. I thought this book would help me. It is very much a leftist feminist book. It is interesting on some level. There may be some things that I can learn from this book. It is nice to read how the, "other half," thinks. A great deal of this book has no bearing on me or my culture. As far as I know, I know no one who, "actively question[s] expectations upon them as women". I have gotten as far as page 14 so far. [January 30, 2016] I have a new goal of never writing a character that is a _____ in a woman suit or a ____ in a man suit. In other words, I want to write a female character that is truly a woman. Even if that character has a profession that a man could do, I want her to be female. I don't want to write that character as a man, yet say the character is female and call her by a woman's name etc.

This book seems to be a very good book. It is written from an Evangelical Christian perspective. I am not sure it is 100% Biblically correct. I am not sure I agree with every position the author takes. I am at page 14 of this book as well. [January 30, 2016] I have not read enough of it to tell much about it. It still seems to be a really, "neat oh," book.
Bought, "The Writing Notebook Family" by shaun Levin on November 2, 2015.
Mailed: ???
Arrived: November 2, 2015
Bought originally for the Lums Chapel story family and the radio drama I was working on. I decided to use it for this story, sometime between, January 22, and January 27, 2016.
March 31, 2016
Tomorrow is April 1, 2016. It is the deadline I set for myself to begin, writing the story, "How I Learned to Read a Book". I am no where near at the point I wanted to be. I still have prep to do. In early March had a, "winter," illness for around two to two and a half weeks. (coughing, not feeling like eating, nausea, etc. Awful!) Lately, I have been toying with the idea of writing this as a radio drama and then working on it as a novel after that. That way I have a radio drama in reserve for the next competition. We shall see what happens. Have to get the rest of dinner which is now in the oven.

Testing writing this via new phone. Pain to do it. Small text + slow one letter at a time. More later.
