9/11, terrorism, mass shootings, suicide bombers, etc. do not really matter (why we should forget and move on)

* Secular humanism's solution to mass shootings is as effective as spraying air freshener in a room full of skunks.

* Free will either exists and some people choose to do bad things and hurt others or free will does not exist and some people have no choice but to do bad things and hurt others.

Free will (choice): A) Exists, B) Does not exist, our decisions entirely products of chemistry, physics, and genetics, B) Is an illusion

Do we have moral responsibility for our personal actions ? A) Yes B) No

I have great respect for atheists that commit suicide because they found no meaning in life. At least they understand the logical conclusion of their worldview.

If you are a true atheist (and a moral relativist), then there is no logical reason to be upset by 9/11. “Never Forget” is inconsistent with your claimed worldview and should really be “It does not matter”. . . .
