Secondary Out-of-Area Admissions - Limited

Acceptance is subject to space availability and program suitability. The procedures, conditions and timelines relating to optional attendance are described in the Out-of-Area Admission Policy and the Out-Area Operational Procedure. 

The Secondary Out-of-Area Admissions application process will open in January 2026.

Woburn C.I. accepts a limited  number of students through out-of-area admissions. A limited school is not obliged to accept all students who apply through out-of-area admissions. Acceptance is conditional upon space being available in the appropriate grade and program.  

Key Dates: 

January 5, 2026 - January 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

Round 1: Families to be informed of the status of the application Wednesday, February 11, 2026 Families must confirm acceptance of the offer by Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

Round 2: Families to be informed of the status of the application Wednesday February 18, 2026 Families must confirm acceptance of the offer by Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

Final Round: Families to be informed of the final status of the application request Wednesday February 25, 2026

Families must confirm acceptance of the offer by Friday, February 27, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.

TDSB Students must finalize their acceptance by completing and submitting the corresponding course selection for the accepted school in myBlueprint no later than TBA.
