Continuing Education
The TDSB runs Fall, Winter and Summer Continuing Education Programs.
Admission to Night School (semestered)
Students must register themselves online at www.creditprograms.ca.
A signed parental consent form must be brought in to the student's Guidance Counsellor.
Admission to Full Credit/Acceleration Courses (Summer)
Students must register themselves online at www.creditprograms.ca. Space in some courses is limited. Students are encouraged to apply early. If the requested summer school course is on the student's timetable for next year, the student should see their Guidance Counsellor to change next year's option selections.
Students are cautioned against taking a course such as English, Math, or Science during the summer, where 20 days of instruction may not provide adequate time to proceed confidently to the following year's work.
Admission to Credit Recovery Summer School
The Toronto District School Board is offering TDSB students the opportunity to recover one or two credits for the month of July. Remote Summer Credit Recovery courses are open to current TDSB high school students who have taken the course in the past two years but have not earned the credit. All classes are remote. Registration for remedial summer school is online at www.creditprograms.ca.
