Post WW2 Photographs

Above  & below : Photographs taken by Mr Ken Tree (former owner of the Old Rectory) showing the large trees outside Steepleton Manor which were destroyed in the 1987 storm. It must have made the whole area a lot brighter !

Above : July 2012 - The Olympic Torch (event held in London with sailing at Weymouth) passing the garage on the A35. This is actually in Steepleton parish !!
