Pack meeting 2/7/16

Dear Wilmette Pack One,

Please save the date for this year’s Wilmette Pack One Service Project to benefit New Trier Township Food Pantry on Sunday, Februrary 7^th, 2016 at 3pm starting at the Wilmette Community Church and ending at New Trier Township Food Pantry. Please have your Scout arrive at the WCC with his individual donation including any of the following priority wish list items such as shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrushes, aluminum foil, plastic wrap & baggies. We will discuss the role of a food pantry in the neighborhood and assemble 100 plus paper good packages for donation that day. Then, we'll deliver all items in two shifts to NTT Food Pantry-739 Elm Street, Winnetka and receive a short tour. It will take about an hour and a half for the meeting, delivery & tour. We are asking all parents and guardians to drive their Scout to the WCC AND to NTT Food Pantry.

Action list

(1) Please have your Scout wear his blue uniform to the Community Service Project/Pack Meeting.

(2) Please plan on staying with your Scout to help put together the special paper good packages and drive them to the Food Pantry located at 739 Elm Street, Winnetka.

(3) Please bring an individual priority wish list item as mentioned above.

(4) Please rsvp to the forthcoming evite so the Food Pantry can have an approximate Tour head count.
