Collaborate Audio Equipment Information
Here is an overview of the components available to use with a PC/Laptop to support use of collaborate during ELC meetings. In this Tegrity recording, Ed describes the items, their connections to each other and the controls for each item (segment runs 9:28).
Two things not mentioned in the overview:
The audio from the PC running the Collaborate session will need to have speakers or connected or use the headphone output to connect to a room PA system. Powered PC speakers and a subwoofer are included in the equipment case.
Since you will be running a Collaborate session, the Audio Setup Wizard should be run to select the USB audio input, as opposed to using the Webcam audio or, if using a laptop, the built-in mic.
The PowerPoint slides used in the recording, and the original mobile phone images put on those slides are loaded below (images are large in pixel size and not very sharp). To review specifications in more detail, you can search for the products on the Web.

If you are hosting an upcoming meeting or are in the position of Past Chair (tasked with moderating the Collaborate session during the meetings), you should review this information when preparing for meetings. (Pass this link along to those that might need it: https://tegr.it/y/k399.)
There are others in the group who are familiar with this type of equipment, if you need help or let Ed know if you have questions!
