7/16/10 - New section added

As promised, I've added one article to the "objective" section entitled iWR 2 Options on Block and an article in the "wish list" section entitled General move changes.

I've also added an entirely new section called Works in Progress that deals with newly discovered information regarding Dragunov that is worth another look. Three articles up for the new section, got two stored away but too tired to finish them tonight.
