4/30/11 - New section now up

I had some comcastic connection problems yesterday and was unable to post the new section up. So today I finished up a few more sections and they're available as well. The section Dragunov Tutorial is designed and organized for rookies to experienced players. It is still a WIP and I'll be adding a lot more articles that I've written in the past, as well as adding brand new content. There will also be a final section for very advanced stuff and will basically contain the bleeding edge of Dragunov goodies, but as of now it hasn't been written yet.
