Twilight Camp 2026 Registration

Things to Have Ready When You Register:

• Health History: Doctor, insurance, medications, allergies

• Volunteer Dates: Number of days (1-4) a parent/caregiver/guardian will volunteer

• Placement Requests: We attempt to place campers with a friend in the same grade

• Payment: Credit Card or financial aid coupon code

• Financial Aid: Pre-approved Coupon Code from Twilight Camp (see below)

• Electronic Program Credits: 19-digit Code and CVV if you are using program credits (Cookie Credits, Fall FUNds, Juliette Program Funds, etc.)

Cost of Camp

• Camper - $115: Entering grades 1-6 or 7th graders attending as campers

• Assistant Caddie - $55: First-time caddies entering grades 7 or 8

• Caddie - $35: Caddies with 1 or 2 years experience entering grades 8-10

• Senior Caddie - $20: Caddies entering grades 10-12 with at least 2 years experience

• Graduate - $15: Current 12th graders graduating Spring 2026

Older Girls please email camp if you don't know your Caddie status.

Electronic Program Credits

Cookie Credits, Fall FUNds, and Juliette Program Credits can be used for Girl Scouts' camp registration

• • Redeem Credit by entering the 19-digit code and 3 digit CVV and indicating the amount to use in $5 increments.

  • 2026 Cookie Credits will be sent from Girl Scouts of River Valleys. You can register any time and send us the codes once they arrive.

  • Questions - Contact your Troop Leader or Cookie Parent with any questions about receiving your Cookie Credits or Fall FUNds.

Financial Assistance

Confidential financial aid is available to help pay for camp. Apply online at Girl Scouts of River Valley's website before registering. It typically takes 3-5 days to get approved; we'll send you a coupon code to use when you register.

Application Steps:

1. Click here to apply online at River Valleys' website.

2. Enter contact and caregiver information for your Girl Scout.

3. Select "Registration fee for a community/area or volunteer-led event or day camp."

4. Enter the following details:

• • Name of Event: Twilight Camp

  • Community/Area: Eastern Carver County

  • Location: Lake Minnewashta Park

  • Start Date and Time: 07-20-2026, 2:00 pm

  • Camp Fees: Enter the cost of camp listed above for your Girl Scout.

  • Bus Fee: Add $55 to the fee if your Girl Scout will travel on the New Brighton Bus

Approval: 

• 1. The River Valleys council will contact you via email and cc Twilight Camp with approval status.

  2. We'll email you a code to use when you register.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We hate to have her miss camp!  Late arrival/early departure is an option, email us to discuss.  Otherwise submit camp cancellation requests via email to info@twilightcamp.org.  Registration fees will be refunded at 100% thru May 31st, and at 50% June 1 thru June 15th.  No refunds will be issued after June 15th.  Thank you for your understanding.
