There are some exciting things going on at TI's facebook page. They are doing NASA Math & Science @ Work activities with the TI-Nspire Document Player.
There are even live chats with NASA.
Tomorrow morning (8/11) at 11 am CDT they are hosting our second live video chat with NASA’s Lisa Shore. She is an EVA flight controller for the International Space Station. This will be hosted right on our Facebook page via the UStream application. Fans can simply click on the UStream selection on the left side of our page to launch the tab and view the chat. They’ll be able to ask questions in real time, so it’s a great opportunity to interact with someone from NASA!
Also, on Friday (8/12) afternoon they are hosting a live chat right on our Wall with two young ladies from Michigan who have created a nutritional bar that traveled on the shuttle up to the ISS for astronauts to munch on. They are two high school aged sisters that have developed a business plan to turn their nutrition bar into a fundraising opportunity for schools to fund math and science after school groups. They’ll be talking about what steps they took to get to where they are today, what they’re doing with their nutrition bars, why math and science is so important and how to get involved in and out of the classroom with math and science. They’ll be on the page from 4-5pm CDT on Friday and will address fan questions as well.

If you are in touch with any students over the summer (or if school has started for you), this sounds to me like an interesting event to let students know about.
