Refugees and education
I have already written about the two Moocs that I have done thanks to the European website Teacher Academy .Just check the webpages about CULTURAL DIVERSITY and GLOBAL ISSUES in my website, I have uploaded materials and also my learning diaries.
This is going to be the last course which has to do with the issue of immigrants, refugees and education which we have been doing so far.
Internet and social networks have been used to share ideas, materials and our learning diaries.
Here is my learning diary for this Mooc: we were asked to write it while doing the Mooc and to think about the steps we would take when dealing with newly arrived students in our schools.
Currently I am teaching in a school where students have been living in my region for some years, but I wanted to design an activity that might think about the best ways for integrating the ones who might arrive and who do not speak Italian.
