The Mooc course by Europeanschoolnetacademy http://www.europeanschoolnetacademy.eu/ started in November and it ran for four weeks. It had lessons with videos, tutorials and also padlets where teachers shared their experience about computing and also coding.
Since I work in a school without good technology, I just decided to follow the main ideas presented in the course and just think about what lessons I could share.
I found interesting tutorials about Scratch and I decided that I would use it in my project.
This is something which I found online and where people used it: it is nice, isn' it?
I was particularly impressed by Scratch and I must confess that I was afraid of trying it, but in some ways it worked. Thus, my learning design is just a first attempt in using it in ELT. I feel that it has a lot of potentialities but the lack of technology can be a problem.
These are the links which I used before designing my lesson plan
https://italia.code.org/learn - This is a great link and it is worth seeing and checking the many ideas that we can get to implement coding
