View most current approved brand claims. AKA the "squack" deck. This is the source for approved messaging for brand claims. These are selling points such as "Rated Best Buy" that can be legally used in advertising. This messaging is updated two to four times per year, as needed.
These marks should be used with brand and product names where possible. It is only necessary to use the mark once, at the first occurrence of the name.
service mark (℠) – used in the U.S. and other countries to indicate ownership and exclusive use of a service name.

registered trademark (®) – used in the U.S. and other countries when a service mark or trademark is federally registered. The Home Depot and Home Decorators Collection, for example, are registered trademarks.
