BODFS – Buy Online Deliver from Store. Customers can buy select items online and have them delivered from the store. See standard messaging.
BOPIS – Buy Online Pick Up in Store. Customers can buy most store items online and pick them up at the store they localized. See standard messaging.
BORIS – Buy Online Return in Store. Customers can buy items online and return them to a store with the exception of Major Appliances. See standard messaging.
BOSS – Buy Online Ship to Store. See standard messaging.
Breadcrumb – The path a customer takes when navigating the website. It's located above the page name – Ex: Home / Appliances / Washers & Dryers)
BYO – Buying Office
CAT page – Category Page. Top level landing pages on .com. Ex. Plumbing L1, or Garden Center. The hierarchy goes Cat Page> PLP > PiP.
CEM – Category Experience Manager
Certona – Suggested product based on customer browse behavior (has an “Add to Cart” button)
CHUB – Commerce Hub

Content Pod – Square shaped page component that contains one or all of the following: image, copy, links.
Content Matrix – The document that contains the suggested layout and structure of a page, as well as, identifies each content pod and provides links on the page. Provided by Category Experience team.

Reformat – The smallest Creative project type, which consists of moving or replacing existing content pods and/or bringing the overall page up to current design standards. (Average timeline is 13 total weeks from end to end, with 5 weeks for creative execution)
Refresh – The largest Creative project type, which consists of rethinking the overall category experience. Can include, creating new pages, content, and overhauling the display taxonomy. Similar to a Redesign, but a much larger scope of work. (Average timeline is 19 total weeks, with 11 weeks for creative execution)
RGA – Return Goods Authorization Number
Right Rail – Right Side of the web page that contains information to help drive the customer’s buying decision for the item being viewed, such as advertisements, items that customers have purchased with the item being viewed, featured items, etc.

TCS - Tata Consultancy Services. TCS provides IT services, business solutions, and outsourcing. TCS is also known as Off Shore. TCS consultants can reside in the U.S. or abroad in India.
THD – The Home Depot
Toaster A banner that is created by the Creative team, but published via the Live Person tool. A toaster enters the page from the top or bottom of the page, for a pre-determined amount of time, when a customer lands on the page.

Web Walk – A process used to review products on HomeDepot.com using a set of criteria in which to be verified. A Web Walk can also be used for benchmarking to compare HomeDepot.com to other websites, such as Amazon, Lowe's, etc.
WERCS – World–Wide Environmental & Regulatory Compliance Solutions
Widget – In Etch, an element that has dynamic programming functions beyond basic user input. (Ex: a widget can be configured to display products based on user input parameters. The products then display and change based on availability and options selected)
Work Front – An issue request and project management tool that allows requestors, project managers, and creatives to communicate and track project progress together.
YMAL – You May Also Like. Refers to coordinating or similar products to an item to help drive the customer’s buying decision. These recommendations are automated by a third party, Certona.
YOW – Your Other Warehouse. Select items that are ordered online and shipped to the customer from The Home Depot are fulfilled through YOW. The database/platform for YOW is Mincron.
