The Home Depot's Creative Services Copy Department is organized into four teams by copy type. Each team handles two or more channels, listed below. There are voice and formatting standards specific to each channel based on audience and the limitations of the medium. Where a channel's standards conflict with the overarching copy standards laid out elsewhere in the Tool Kit, use the channel's standards.
