  • Fuzzy Model-based Nonlinear Control Project

We are seeking academically talented and motivated (English-speaking) Ph.D. students who are interested in joining the fuzzy model-based nonlinear control project. They will be required to have strong backgrounds in nonlinear control theory and its related mathematics. In the project, recommendation letters from at least two professors, who have truly exceptional contributions to the related areas, are strongly encouraged to get a better understanding of your interests and character from another perspective. The doctoral program in Japan is slightly different from those in US and EU countries. For more details of the standard admission and the tuition in the doctoral program, see http://www.fedu.uec.ac.jp/prospective/doc/uec-leaflet-En2018.pdf

  • UAV Control Project

We are seeking academically talented and motivated (English-speaking) Ph.D. students who are interested in joining the UAV control project as nonlinear control theory experts (flight dynamics modeling, control systems design and analysis) rather than flight experimental or electronic/mechanical experts. They will be required to have strong backgrounds in nonlinear control theory and flight dynamics. The eligible nationalities for the UAV project are limited to US, EU countries, and other few countries. In the UAV project, recommendation letters from at least two professors, who have truly exceptional contributions to the related areas, are strongly encouraged to get a better understanding of your interests and character from another perspective. The doctoral program in Japan is slightly different from those in US and EU countries. For more details of the standard admission and the tuition in the doctoral program, see http://www.fedu.uec.ac.jp/prospective/doc/uec-leaflet-En2018.pdf

Our research results in the project will be used only for peaceful purposes.
