In conclusion you are reminded that everybody involved in rowing has a Duty of Care to ensure their actions both on and off the water are conducted in a manner, which does not compromise the safety of others. That we must constantly learn from situations that arise within our sport and continue to develop this policy into the future. By promoting a culture of safe practice the risks associated with rowing can be minimised to the benefit of all.
