Improved Sport Performance through Improved Sport Nutrition seminar‏

The South West will host an 'Improved Sport Performance through Improved Sport Nutrition' seminar on Thursday evening, 31st July at 9pm, Celtic Ross Hotel in the Ballroom bar area. This one hour session should be of particular interest to Club coaches and trainers as they prepare their crews for the All Ireland. The seminar will include advice on diet and competition food ‘feeding the machine’ as well as stretching protocols to avoid injury and maximise performance and will allow time for a question and answer session at the end. Each Club is invited to have up to four people to attend and should please confirm back if they will use their four places by Tuesday, 29th July. Roger Adams MA from F1 Fitness in Clonakilty will lead the session – Roger is a certified IRFU Strength & Conditioning Coach& qualified Martial Arts Coach with over 30 years experience.
