Please consider my recommendation of Joseph Chaiban and Chaiban Engineering Consultants, Inc.  I was very pleased to find a company that was so dedicated to it's clients in problem solving and follow up.  We had an issue with the City of Fort Lauderdale concerning a permit for work done on a property prior to our ownership.  Mr. Chaiban was most effective in helping us to get an Engineering Certificate and a contractor who could facilitate the obtaining a permit.

I was most impressed with his level of concern, promptness and professional advise.  I don't imagine there is another firm that could have been better.
