  1. Pick a seat. Look under your plate. Finder of the Queen of Hearts card gets a prize.
  2. Unbirthday presents (play unbirthday song)
  3. Make Edible Tea Cups (find it here)
  4. Eat
  5. Dormouse Hunt (small mouse...a cat toy...hidden under one of several teacups. Each teen gets to choose one teacup to turn over)
  6. Caucus Race (read the instructions from the book, play the song)
  7. Play Nine Pins & Pin the Grin on the Cheshire Cat
  8. I’m Late Sack Race
  9. Who Said That? Trivia (quotes from the books)
  10. Costume Contest & Presentation of Prizes (teens vote on their top 3 favorite costumes


Tea Sandwiches: Chicken Salad, Pimento Cheese, Cucumber, Ham Salad

Desserts: “Color Me Late” White Rabbit Layer Cake, Brownie Bites, Banana Streusel Muffins, Blueberry Scones, Devonshire Cream

Fruits & Vegetables: Strawberries, Red Grapes, Baby Carrots

Beverages: Party Punch, Iced Flavored Green Tea

Decorations: Rabbit Hole at Entrance (sign “Down the Rabbit Hole” and shredded brown plastic tablecloth), Colorful paper lanterns hung from ceiling, Playing cards, Cheshire Cat, Teapot, Rabbits, Clear Glass punch cups, Caterpillars, Clocks, Felt hearts

Refreshments: Pimiento cheese sandwiches, Cucumber sandwiches, Brownie bites, Lemon bars, Key Lime Bars, Blueberry Scones, Fruit & dip, Cheddar bunnies, Chessmen cookies, Flavored green tea, Individually wrapped chocolates (presented in a tea cup & saucer with an “Eat Me” sign), Colorful rice crispies treats (maybe use fruity pebbles or trix)

Inside Games/Activities:Dormouse Hunt, Playing Card Towers

Outside Games/Activities: Caterpillar bubble blowing, White Rabbit Scavenger Hunt (hide clues and hunt for the white rabbit), Tea bag toss or Card Toss, Caucus Race, Who Said that Trivia and Riddles
