Supplies:

Tablecloth
Bins for testing (big enough to fit a paper plate)
Small paper cups
Paper Plates
Playdough
Baking soda
Tablespoon
Measuring cup
Vinegar
Dish Soap
Procedure: Paper plate is the base and cup is the magma chamber. Use playdough to create your volcano on the plate around the cup. Place completed volcano in bin for eruption. Add a heaping spoonful of baking soda and a squirt of dish soap. Countdown to the addition of vinegar.

Procedure: Build a structure out of Legos. Put it on a cookie sheet and shake to simulate an earthquake.

Pennies or flat marbles
Paper towels
Procedure: Build boats with aluminum foil, craft sticks, straws, and tape. Then see if they float with and without passengers
