There are Nine people in attendance.
Oct 29 Official fighter practice
Submitted paperwork to become a full canton. Max will receive a copy of the paperwork from the Kingdom Seneschal. Kingdom Seneschal will send the paperwork in with the next report. Should be up and running at Hawkwood Birthday and Investiture. It will be part of their agenda.
Who will we support as the Baronage. This will occur after the first of the year. Discussion followed. Max and Sandy may throw in the hat to consider the Baronage of Hawkwood. If Max were to run. We need someone to represent the social side of things.
Max asked whether Kim had the Chatelaine class. It has not been offered when Kim can take it.
Hawkwood does not have a travel fund. More info later.
Notable about Wow: Bryce and Daniel enjoyed themselves and spent the days cooking with Mistress Honora. They did the Newcomers Walk with Lynn. Kim got a Silver Sea Star for working with children.
Awards: We need to email Max award recommendations to turn into the Baronage. There were 26 awards recommendations that went up to the Atlantian group.
Event coming up: Just a Tourney Nov. 16. At a Church in Candler.
Birthday: Need those award recommendations to come in for Birthday. Get them to Max.
The populous of Stormwall needs to put on an SCA Resume.
Need to have a Stormwall Historian. Must have an accurate record of the Canton. Must keep all the "things" related to our Canton. It's our Canton of Stormwall History.
People interested in archery. Five hands. Need to get with Ryn to set up an archery day. Max to set a date. Nov. 9 ??? Max will inform us if the date works.
Chatelaine warrant: Max asked Kim to get familiar with the website and see what she can figure out. Max will contact Veronica and see what is going on in the process.
Joe Holt: Met Kingdom webmaster at Pennsic. request Needs to go through Robert Lefthand. once this lands on his desk he will approve it and then Joe can take the web-minister class.
Murphy demo: January 2020 : outdoor site at the Library. Need A&S and fighters. Hopefully at the end of the month.
Sylva: Catholic Church wants to do a medieval feast. Some date in the spring. It would be food and medieval dancing.
Christmas Parade: Sylva Dec. 1 at 3. Needs to have Christmas theme. Get banner. Get Barony involved. In Garb. Get together the week before to decorate etc. Cat will take care of Application for Sylva parade. Ask Devila to borrow the banner. Need candy for kids. Need candycanes and business cards. Need heavy fighters from Hawkwood. Ask Milan new Murphy Heavy guy. Friday Nov. 22 meet to put together candy canes and talk about the parade.
Rapier practice: 10/29 at the Library 7-9:30 Joe to post practice on the website calendar.
10/26 Our Barony is having a Festival of Heroes. Check it out.
Cheerfulness Christmas party:: Nov 30 Sat. Julie 6:30 PM
Hawkwood Curia and Holiday Party: Dec. 7,
Canton Christmas party will be postponed to April. We will discuss later date.
